2. Collection of Personal Data, Purpose, and Legal Basis for Processing

When you use our website, personal data about you is collected. The personal data we collect may include, for example, your name, your email address, your home address, your phone number, and similar identification details, information about an online purchase, and about your navigation on the website.

Collection as well as the purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data occurs in one or more of the following cases:

When you buy goods online at lillavilla.dk. The purpose of the collection is to complete your order in our webshop, as well as to comply with other legislation, e.g., bookkeeping and accounting, and the legal basis is the General Data Protection Regulation Article 6, paragraph 1, letters b and c.
When you sign up for the Lilla Villa newsletter. The purpose of the collection is to send you news, and the legal basis is the General Data Protection Regulation Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a.
When you create a customer account or join Lilla Villa's customer club. The purpose of the collection is to manage your membership and provide you with the benefits that come with membership, cf. the General Data Protection Regulation Article 6, paragraph 1, letters b or f.

Please note that the use of your personal data for sending marketing materials only takes place if you have previously given your explicit consent, unless the law allows us to contact you without your prior consent.

3. Deletion of Personal Data

We delete your personal data when we no longer need to process it to fulfill one or more of the purposes stated above in section 3. However, the data may be processed and stored longer in anonymized form.

Your purchase history will be stored for up to 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which the purchase was made. Accounting material is stored for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the purchase was made.

When unsubscribing from newsletters, you will be unsubscribed immediately, but documentation of the originally given consent is stored for 2 years.

Your membership in our customer club will be deleted if you have not logged in here for more than 1 year or deleted immediately if you unsubscribe from our customer club. Documentation of the originally given consent is stored for 2 years.
