Collection at the post office/parcel shop/agent/service point

When your order is delivered to a post office, parcel locker, GLS parcel shop, collection point (SE), post office/parcel shop (DE), or service point (NL), we will generally always choose the pickup location nearest to your home address unless you inform us of your preferred parcel shop. You will receive an SMS or email with information about where and when the parcel can be collected.

Transfer of residence

Once we have dispatched the package, we cannot change the delivery address. Send us an email at info@lillavilla.dk if you need to change your delivery address as soon as possible after placing your order.

Cancellation of the order

You can cancel an order as long as it has not been packed and dispatched from our warehouse. If the order has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it, but you have the option to return any items you do not wish to keep.

The package gets damaged in transit

If you can see visible signs of damage to the package, we recommend that you refuse delivery of the package, after which it will be returned to us.

If you have nevertheless received an item damaged in transit, it is very important that you immediately document the extent of the damage so that we can open a case with the shipping company.

In this connection, we need the following:

- Images of outer packaging
- Images of damage to the item
- Images of the entire item
- Image of shipping label
