Definitions
The person to whom the purchase order is given is referred to as the supplier or the owner of the website. The person or company placing the order is referred to as the buyer. The item or items that the buyer has ordered from the seller are referred to as goods or services.
Payment
All payments are required when an order is completed. The order for the products will not be placed, and nothing will be shipped if payment is not made or the payment method is declined. Any items not paid for by the customer will be forfeited.

Shipping Procedure
The customer pays the shipping costs (Free shipping on orders over 499 kr.) in the amount specified by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during transport, the seller will refund the buyer the full purchase price, including shipping. The seller will make all reasonable efforts to prevent loss, destruction, or damage to the products or services offered to the buyer.

Return/Refund Policy
The buyer is entitled to a refund or return of the goods if they contact the seller within 14 days of the delivery date. To process a return, the customer must send an email to the seller at info@lillavilla.dk.

Cancellation
Until payment is received, an order may be cancelled. The buyer is liable for payment, even after it has been processed.
